How can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been successfully completed, it will be handed over to our logistics center immediately and will be shipped as soon as possible. Can I still change my order?

Once you have successfully completed your order, it will be handed over to our logistics centre as quickly as possible. For this reason a subsequent order change is not possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. You can then simply order again.
