What distinguishes the new Gardena Sileno models?
Compared to other Gardena models the Gardena Sileno robot lawn mower is equipped with an improved technical equipment that offers a greater range.
Fast and efficient
The robot mower is able to mow more lawn in the same time as it works quickly and efficiently. This is also a benefit for smaller gardens where it has more resting periods between its mowing cycles. With its lightweight construction the robotic lawn mower is able to tackle inclines from up to +/- 35%. Areas that shouldn’t be mown (like flowerbeds and trees) can be sectioned off by using its boundary wire.
Efficient cutting technology
Keen and sharp blades are cutting your lawn of up to 1.000 m2. The special cutting technology is avoiding the loss of humidity and converts the cut grass to natural manure (mulch function).
Rear-wheel drive for tricky areas
Due to its flexibility Gardena Sileno robot lawn mower is brilliant in adapting to your lawn. Even complex surfaces can be mown efficiently. In addition the SensorCut System is ensuring an even and strip less lawn. With its rear-wheel drive the robot lawn mower is able to handle uneven areas without any difficulty.
EasyPassage
For narrow areas the Gardena uses its integrated automatic easyPassage mode to exploit the entire width of its disposal to avoid leaving lanes even after repeated start-ups.
Latest mowing technology
The Gardena Sileno is equipped with the latest mowing technology and is exceptionally quiet when in use. Its easy installation and optimum ease makes the robot lawn mower the perfect partner for your lawn maintenance.
Secure applications
The Gardena Sileno robot mower is equipped with numerous security measures:
- Highly sensitive collision sensor
- Lifting and tilt sensors
- Secure PIN code programming and alarm function
Note
The production of the new model has already started in 2016. Therefore it’s possible that „2016“ is shown on your new robotic lawn mower, although it is already the new 2017 model.
