Nevertheless, electronic devices do on occasion become faulty. Most manufacturers have their own customer service departments which you can turn to in the event of a fault. In such cases we suggest that you send the article directly to the customer service department of the manufacturer in question. Getting in touch with the manufacturer’s customer service department can often save you from having to send the device to them unnecessarily. This will help to resolve your guarantee claim more quickly and you will benefit from the opportunity to communicate with them directly.
